Before I came to DC, I never wore rain boots merely because I didn’t really have a reason to. Then I moved to DC and discovered when it rains, it pours…and creates numerous, rather deep puddles.
I have a pair of bright pink Hunter wellies and I love them. Pink is my signature color, after all! However, I realize that although I may love pink, DC is a rather conservative town in terms of wardrobe and my future employer might not appreciate the whimsy of my pink wellies. Dilemma.
