Raise your hand if you’re absolutely thrilled it’s Memorial Day weekend. BBQs, rooftop get-togethers, pools, no-judgement white jeans and cocktails, I cannot wait for the fun to begin!
When planning a get-together, it can be daunting to figure out the big batch cocktail situation. You want a beverage that is minimal work(because you already have a foot long to-do list) and can serve a large group. What if I told you I have a delicious big batch cocktail recipe that simply requires you to pour TWO (count ’em, two) ingredients into a mixing bowl and then let it sit in the freezer overnight? AND it tastes delicious? AND it’ll help your guests cool down under a hot summer sun? I’m not pulling your leg.
And my washi tape drink stirrers made a cameo appearance : )

It’s my favorite! You can also toss lime slices into the drink to add some tang.
