To create the cereal milk, pour the almond milk and cereal into a bowl, making sure the milk completely covers the cereal. Let sit for 25-30 minutes. Strain through a sieve to remove the cereal. Set aside.
When you're ready to assemble the overnight oats, place rolled oats and chia seeds into a container with a sealable lid. I prefer to make my overnight oats in mason jars. Pour 1 cup of the cereal milk and stir to combine.
Secure the lid on the mason jar tightly and let sit overnight in the fridge or about ~6 hours.
Top with Lucky Charms marshmallows.
Notes
In my breakfast oats, I use 1 cup almond milk : 1 cup rolled oats. For the sake of photos, I used about 2.5 cups almond milk : 2.5 cups rolled oats. But 1 cup makes more than enough for a hearty breakfast!
