During the week, my day typically looks like this: Wake up, shower + get dressed, commute to work, work 9-6, go to barre, come home, make + eat dinner, work on the blog until bedtime. Wake up and repeat. Of course, there are some evenings where I skip barre to meet up with friends at the other bar or work goes late. Or there are days when you just want to flop down on the couch as soon as you get home and the idea of making dinner, not to mention cleaning dirty dishes, sounds like the absolute last thing you want to do. It’s times like these that I’m thankful we live in a time when we have so many services at our fingertips to keep the trains running.
When I get busy, usually meal planning is the first thing that goes out the window. This typically leaves me playing a fun game of “What’s in my freezer and pantry?” I try to keep my meals healthy during the week so the idea of spaghetti all week sounds less than appealing to me. This is where Galley steps in to save the day!
